What is the multi-user plan of Artprice.�M�
A multi-user subscription allows multiple employees, students or guests to access the database at the same time of Artprice. The cost depends on the number of users capable of concurrent queries. Any subscription allows queries from any device and location, so the number of users must be set according to the number of concurrent sessions allowed. Optional and at no additional cost: Account administrators can create satellite accounts so that each user can have their own access code and custom homepage, email alerts (according to his/her artist preferences).
What is the cancellation policy of Artprice?
If the charge was charged directly to your credit card, you can unsubscribe at Artprice directly from your Account in your Customer Profile. On the Subscriptions tab, click Manage Subscriptions. If charges were incurred from your PayPal account, you must unsubscribe from your PayPal account. Select the merchant you want to deauthorize and click Cancel. Subscriptions must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled debit date, otherwise the debit will remain in effect.
