The MYP is designed to provide 4 days of instruction for each participating class group, with an informal performance on the student's last day of school.

Nevertheless, there exists a degree of flexibility within the company's policies, allowing for case-specific adjustments.
Should products or services be acquired via Boulder Ballet, the user is entitled to cancel the contract within 14 days, without the need to provide any reasons. The 14-day cancellation period concludes from the moment the user or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.

Boulder Ballet charges no fees for the first year. The company provides outreach programs at no cost to participating schools in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield and Douglas counties. Those schools receiving the program for a second (or more) time are asked to make a donation to support the continuation of the program at their school.
