Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to your reservation for groups, Boundless Adventures will refund the balance paid excluding the convenience fee ($150 for groups of up to 25 people and $500 for larger groups). Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your reservation are not eligible for a refund but the money can be used to reschedule your visit to the park.
