What if I pay a different amount each month at LevelCredit.�M�

No problem. LevelCredit states that if your utility bills are included in your rent, or if you have to pay extra to your landlord, the amount you pay each month may vary slightly. While your base rent is the payment they report to the bureaus each month, you can still match a transaction more or less. Keep in mind that if your rental amount is significantly different from the initial transaction you matched, you may need to log in and rematch your next transaction. Yes. They will need their own separate account and subscription at LevelCredit. They also need to be able to log into a bank account for payment transactions. If you are both paying from the same bank account, they must be co-signers on that account. It's easier if you each pay a portion of the rent from a different account. They just log in with their bank account and match their payment section.

What if I have a grace period to pay rent at LevelCredit?

Don't worry - they will take this into account as this affects many tenants! Even if you have a grace period, it needs to know your true due date. If the rent is due on the 1st of each month, but you must pay the landlord by the 5th, you still want to use the 1st as the due date. Even if you keep paying on the 5th of each month, their system can still find your payment. Most of the time it will be able to find your transactions within your grace period, but if they can't be found, you'll get an email from them. At that point, you can log in to the merchant and find your payment as soon as it appears on your bank statement at LevelCredit.
