Hellgate tickets are non-refundable and require prepayment with the following exception: the purchaser may request cancellation and a 100% refund of the ticket price at least 24 hours prior to departure and within 24 hours from the date of purchase. The refund will be in the form of an original payment.

Hellgate is strongly discouraged from infants riding jet boats and is not recommended for infants with high and low temperatures, strong winds, high speeds, spinning and other strong features. Also children under the age of 4 are not allowed to participate in their whitewater excursions and if you wish your child to wear a life jacket on the jet boat they are advised to bring their personal life jacket from home to ensure a good fit, comfort and familiarity.
