What is the refund policy at Luzier?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund. Remember to include your purchase receipt and if your package is damaged in transit, please save the box and item and call them immediately at Luzier.

Luzier accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover, but they do not accept checks, cash, vouchers or gift certificates for online orders. First, enter the name as it appears on your credit card. Then fill in the credit card billing address that appears on your credit card statement. The credit card you nominated for the purchase will be charged when they ship your order.
