Seaworld can accept AmericanExpress, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. The initial reservation requires a 50% deposit or full payment. If the reservation is made within 10 days of arrival, full payment is required. The credit card used to pay the deposit will automatically deduct the balance from the account within 10 days before arrival.
Can a customer cancel an order from Seaworld to request a refund?
In the case of cancellation, the right to refund is restricted. Customers can contact Seaworld by phone. If the vacation package is cancelled more than 72 hours before 6 pm on the scheduled arrival date, the cost of the vacation package is refundable. If the vacation package is cancelled within 72 hours after 6pm on the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be given.
What is included in the room rate of Seaworld hotels?
The room is usually equipped with two double beds as standard. Seaworld hotel rates do not include in-room safes, roll-away beds and baby cots, plus applicable taxes, which should be paid directly to the hotel. Guests should bear tipping, resort fees, parking fees, laundry fees, telephone fees, meals, drinks, sightseeing or other incidental expenses.
