What payment methods does Via Trading accept?

All shipments must be paid in full before shipping or pickup, but they do not offer COD shipping. Credit card and/or PayPal payments incur a 3% fee at Via Trading. Depending on the order amount, the type of item purchased, and the destination of the item, they may ask you to provide additional information to protect the cardholder. Your Account Manager will communicate any such requests to you. Payments by check and PayPal eCheck are accepted, but your order will not be shipped until payment clears.

Is Free in -Store Pickup available at Via Trading?

Cash and carry facilities offer self-pickup service at Via Trading. They aim to make their last delivery by 5:45pm so that customers have enough time to load their goods before closing. When picking up in person, please make sure that the pickup item you request to be delivered to you fits perfectly in your vehicle.

Customers are welcome and encouraged to visit their clearinghouses to Via Trading within business hours from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. No reservations required, ample parking and your own pickup and drop-off. Nearly 800 pallets pass through their facility every day, many of which cannot be purchased online due to insufficient quantities, inability to set proper expectations, contractual obligations, or other reasons. Customers visiting their factory can choose from more single pallets to choose from, followed by the products listed online.
